In 2006, I joined the Transportation Department in FM, worked as a primary truck driver , during the 4-years practice, I’ve deeply understood driving skills and vehicle maintenance, the company's various business processes, customer requirements, the cost of local markets, business emergency programs. In 2010, I had the opportunity to join in the Resourcing Department of FM Pinghu, and was responsible for the inspection, purchasing and supervision of subcontractors. On this position I not only made full use of my own skills to the work, but also took an amazing transformation and upgrade for my career life, also together with my personal interests.
