Overview of our Global Account Manager position!
In line with the sales and marketing strategy, the Global Account Manager is the primary relationship manager for the assigned strategic and/or top tier global accounts. He/she is responsible for developing a strong client intimacy at the global level and implementing a strategic roadmap at all levels in close collaboration with the business units. The Global Account Manager will lead the sales community and experts related to these assigned global and strategic accounts for retention, growth and development across all geographies and business lines within the group. He/she will also be responsible for identifying, attracting and developing new customers by supporting business units. Besides, he/she will help to increase their presence in specific business areas in the relevant vertical markets and follow the roadmap defined with the business line manager.

The Country Marketing Manager is responsible for the deployment of the global marketing strategy and its adjustment to local needs. He/she is expected to have a direct impact on the business by increasing brand awareness and generating leads. He/she develops and executes annual marketing plans to achieve strategic brand and business objectives, manages the marketing budget and monitors key campaign performance indicators to optimise return on investment.

The Digital Marketing Manager has varied and exciting tasks. He/she is responsible for building and executing annual digital marketing plans to achieve strategic brand and business objectives and deploying marketing plans in countries, attracting new members to the community and co-constructing with countries customized local plans.
He/she will work in particular on :
Developing brand awareness
He/she will define and manage a 360° digital strategy on all acquisition channels, improving positioning, traffic, visibility, e-reputation and lead generation (SEA, SEO, SMA, display, retargeting, emailing, etc.). Tasks also include the creation and development of branded content and specific events.
The Digital Marketing Manager will manage the evolution, changes and optimisation of the website, develop and implement the SEO strategy, an animation and editorial plan.
He/she will define and manage the CRM strategy with the countries, optimise the CRM segmentation of the database.
The Digital Marketing Manager will coordinate with external agencies on media acquisition and performance.

Work with us as a CRM Project Manager!
The CRM Project Manager participates in the deployment of our Salesforce CRM on an international scope in order to support the digital transition of the sales function.
He/she is responsible for the development and implementation of the project, the production, monitoring and interpretation of reports and dashboards. The CRM project manager will also be responsible for improving and updating the databases by checking the relevance of the data, proposing ways of optimising the approaches and/or tools. He/she will support the teams by familiarising them with the tools and the different methodologies: support, reminder of good practices, etc. and will implement Salesforce according to the evolution of the users’ requests and the priorities defined with the team.
